On 27th January 2015, the Allahabad High Court will decide whether Surender Koli will live or die as it will hear a petition asking for commutation of his death penalty on grounds of delay. Koli, the Dalit manservant of Moninder Pandher, was charged with heinous crimes in the Nithari serial murders and disappearances.
