Ajay, a motor mechanic by trade was picked up by the police on 5th June for questioning related to a break-in and stabbing at Madras automobiles. Though he was let off on the 5th, he was picked up again on the 7th, produced in Tis Hazari Court and sent to judicial custody in Tihar Jail number 3.
