This report is a critique of three legislations, namely Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, those were passed by the 17th Lok Sabha in December 2023.
